于冠一，天津大学国家储能技术产教融合创新平台副教授，硕士生导师，APEC可持续能源中心研究员，智库工作处负责人。主要从事能源管理、低碳经济机制设计、战略及组织绩效管理等方向的教学科研和智库相关研究工作。
