【概况】

靳小龙,英才副教授、特聘研究员,天津大学电动汽车与能源互联网中英联合研究中心副主任。长期从事负荷侧资源调控互动策略及市场机制的研究,近年来主持智能电网国家科技重大专项课题1项、国家自然科学基金1项、国重研发计划子课题1项、天津市基金等省部级项目5项。担任中国电机工程学会电动交通智能充换电网络专业委员会委员、担任《Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems》、《Energy Conversion and Economics》、《电力建设》、《南方能源建设》等多个期刊青年编委。在IEEE Trans. Smart Grid、IEEE Trans. Sustainable Energy、Applied Energy、中国电机工程学报、电力系统自动化等期刊上共发表学术论文90余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文24篇 (含2篇ESI前1%高被引论文)、EI期刊论文11篇(其中2篇入选“领跑者5000——中国精品科技期刊顶尖论文(F5000)),入选2023、2024年全球前2%顶尖科学家,入选2024年中国知网高被引学者TOP1%。获天津市科学技术进步二等奖1项,中国自动化学会三等奖1项。欢迎具备储能科学与工程、电力系统及其自动化、储能经济与政策等相关学科背景或强烈兴趣的学生推免或者报考本人的研究生。

【教学成果】

牵头教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项,参编《储能与综合能源系统》十四五规划教材,为储能学科教学用书领域助力献策。 依托智能配用电装备与系统全国重点实验室开展学生教育实践科研工作,引导学生把个人科研追求与国家战略需求同频共振。与国家电网、南方电网、中汽数据 (天津)等知名企业建立长期深度合作关系,在学生教育过程中深度参与企业产业实际需求,产学研高度融合,增强学生实践经验。在学生科研培养过程中,通过组会、周报、一对一讨论等途径推行“导师示范-学生实践-组会研讨-成果迭代”的研究生育人方案,全面提升研究生独立科研能力与工程创新意识。
