【概况】
韩晓鹏,天津大学英才教授,博士生导师,国家优青。主持国家自然科学基金优青/联合重点/原创探索/面上/青年项目、中国科协青年人才托举项目、JKW基础加强领域基金、国防创新特区、快速扶持项目、天津市青年人才托举项目、技术转化和横向项目等,围绕能源新材料设计制备、机制机理及电化学器件应用,在Nature、Nature Energy、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文240余篇,其中第一和通讯作者120余篇,包括Nature、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater. (12)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (9)、Energy Environ. Sci.、Adv. Energy Mater. (11)、Adv. Funct. Mater. (10)等,ESI高被引34篇,SCI总被引21000余次,H因子80,连续五年入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家(材料科学领域、交叉领域),连续三年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。兼任Front. Chem.杂志副主编,Sci. China Mater.、eScience、Rare Metals等六个期刊(青年)编委,担任天津大学国家储能平台副主任、中国电池工业协会特种电池分会秘书长,中国内燃机学会储能分会理事、天津市交叉科学学会理事、天津市金属学会理事,出版中英文著作3部(含数字化教材1部),获国家授权发明专利30余项(第一发明人12项),参与撰写行业标准、团体标准各1项,依托专利成果转化建立了多个产学研基地,标志性成果已在中国航天科工集团、ATL、天津中能锂业等重点单位获得验证和示范应用,其中500Wh/kg级高能锂电池技术定型应用于国家三款型号微型仿生无人机;20kWh本征安全二次水系电池系统在国家南极科考站开展示范应用,获教育部自然科学一等奖1项(2022)和天津市自然科学一等奖2项(2015、2024)。

【教学成果】
承担本科生基础课程《表面科学与工程》、《新型储能材料》和储能创客C等学生实践课程,培养学生学习知识和运用知识的能力,潜心教书育人;作为指导教师,培养优秀人才。指导学生参加大学生创新创业和挑战杯等,获国家级立项和天津市金奖;担任师昌绪荣誉学位计划指导教师,指导本科生获天津大学优秀毕业生,指导4名研究生获国家奖学金。 发表了240余篇SCI学术论文,年均新增引用4100余次(WOS数据库),35篇入选ESI高倍引论文,2020-2024年连续5年入选科睿唯安全球高倍引科学家,为学科ESI引用做出贡献;承担教育部U40、国家优青等国家级标志性科研项目,作为大会秘书长、分会主席组织和参加国内外学术会议,并受邀做邀请报告,约10次/年,兼任Frontiers in Chemistry副主编,Sci China Mater、Rare Metals、eScience等多个期刊编委,先后获教育部自然科学一等奖和天津市自然科学一等奖,提升了学科学术影响力和知名度;担任贵金属功能材料全国重点实验室副主任(天津分室),支撑国家级平台建设。
